The Russian Speakers Society wishes you a Happy and Prosperous New Year!
A traditional RUSSIAN NEW YEAR’S PARTY, 2011 (old style calendar) will be held on January 15, 2011, Saturday, from 7 to 11 PM, at Towne Square Community Center, 12550 Country Trails Lane (the same place as it was last years!).
SEE OLD FRIENDS! MEET NEW PEOPLE! ENJOY HOME-COOKED DISHES, LIVE MUSIC and DANCES!
As with past tradition, bring your favorite dish for 6-8 people and a drink.
Everybody is welcome to come – forward the invitation to all interested parties.
We are not limiting the attendance to only Russians.
First Time in the history of Old New year celebration – our own Austinite Zhenya Rock, a talented song writer, singer and composer will perform live Russian music (with singing) on different instruments to bring Russian authentic experience and spirit to our party!
Admission: $8/person, $5 – seniors, $3 – kids (12-17yo). Children under 12 are free.
Please contact us if you will be a volunteer for the party. There will be no entry fee for volunteers!
DIRECTIONS: Follow RM 2222 West, LEFT on RM 620 West, LEFT onto Quinlan Park Rd. and drive 2.2 miles, RIGHT on Country Trails Lane, take first RIGHT turn and arrive at the Town Square Community Center.
