Russian Speakers Society presents: The 17th Russian Winter Fest Trio Voronezh and The Flying Balalaika Brothers Saturday,January 21, 2017, at 7 PM Scottish Rite Theatre, 207 W 18th St, Austin, TX 78701 The Trio Voronezh from Eugene, Oregon performes arrangements across a variety of musical styles played on Russian folk instruments. The Trio's repertoire includes the works of Vivaldi, Bach, Tchaikovsky, Stravinsky, Shostakovich, and Rachmaninov, as well as Russian folk songs, Argentine tangos, gypsy dance music, bluegrass and popular songs by Gershwin.
